Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Only Solutions uses information submitted through this website. It applies to estimate requests, inspection requests, partner forms, uploaded project photos, and optional advertising measurement.

Information collected

We may collect your name, contact information, service address, project description, timing, measurements, access notes, and photos you choose to submit. We also record basic request-source information such as the landing page, referral source, campaign labels, and whether an advertising click identifier was present.

How information is used

We use request information to understand the project, communicate with you, prepare estimates, coordinate work, operate customer-service workflows, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, improve services, and maintain business records.

Optional advertising measurement

The request form provides a separate optional choice for advertising measurement. If selected and a valid measurement connection is configured, Only Solutions may report that a website request occurred using a random request event ID, event time, campaign labels, and the page path. The event sent by Only Solutions excludes your name, email, phone number, street address, project description, and photos. The advertising platform may also receive standard browser, device, cookie, and network information, including an IP address or user-agent, under its own privacy practices. A browser event is sent only after Wix accepts the request, and the same random event ID may be used to prevent duplicate reporting from a later server event. Declining this optional choice does not prevent you from submitting a request or receiving service.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the business, such as Wix for the website and storage, Jobber for customer and job management, Zapier for controlled workflow connections, Google for authorized email or calendar functions, and advertising platforms only when an applicable measurement connection is enabled. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and selling

Only Solutions does not sell customer project information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the requested service, maintain authorized business systems, comply with law, protect safety and security, or perform optional advertising measurement you selected.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for customer service, project records, accounting, dispute prevention, safety, and legitimate business analysis. Administrative records and uploaded photos are protected behind controlled access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline optional advertising measurement. You may also ask Only Solutions to correct contact information, stop non-required communications, or review a privacy concern by emailing jeremy@onlysolutionsal.com. Legal and transaction records may still be retained when required.

Updates

This notice may be updated as business systems change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
